Hi there, some one asked for a blog post to revive this blog, so here I am.
Seriously, about forwarding emails, I have NOTHING against such stuff.
Although I may soon join the facebook group in which its members have declared that they wil not read any forwarding emails.
I believe Liz has also mentioned this before, and just in case no one heard it, I'll shout it out loud here.
SO WHAT IF PEOPLE START MAKING MOVIES THAT MOCK CHRIST????
just because someone decides to use his "director's license" to mock our Lord, that does not mean that we have to start sanctioning a lawsuit against him.
However, that does not mean we condone what he has done.
Do remember that Jesus Himself has once said "Judge not, or you too shall be judged with the very same rule you used to judge" (forgot the verse). True, he is in the wrong, but who made thee Lord and Judge?
The Lord our God is SOVEREIGN, so He will deal with the person the best way He knows how to; if not here in his lifetime, then for all etenrity.
Why be so worked up?
(I did not say I am for it)
Just a thinking point, why is it that the good guys always get the blastings? Because they are too kind to retaliate?
Think carefully, if we take action, does that make us anymore different from our [earthly] brothers who have taken on the Muslim faith?
God is Lord Almighty. Does He need our defence?
Who are we to belittle God? and the nerve to think that we have the guts to think of God so lowly.
Hello again... sory thatI have nt been blogging for a while. School has been hades-like (hell's yet to be, so it's not here. So if hell's not here yet, how do you know whatis hellish?)
Anyway, I've heard that not many of you can make it for SPD for some imp reasons. I understand that, so why not put up the sermon notes here for you to read?

It has been 9 months since we left Elisabeth's house and within this 9 months Praise God our cell has grown by leaps and bounds!
God is really working greatly in our cell! We have grown drastically till the extend that we have outgrown brother Gideon's house and it's a miracle that we have so many cute primary 6's with us.. There are more coming, and we pray that we have enough manpower for them!
Well it has been a great time at Gideon's house and we really appreciate the warmest hospitality from Gideon's hospitality.. YeS! I will miss Sister Fanny's homemade delicacies! The latest which was the chocolate rum cubes AWESOME! God Bless and thank you for everything once again!
Anyway we will be shifting to a bigger place and we really want to thank God for that! We would like to thank all our mighty warriors for praying for us. and Thank God for our new host – Rebecca's family!

Hey there! Great and mighty things are seen changing in our cell.. We have grown in numbers and the age gap is widening currently we have many P6's and more are coming in months to come! to better cater to the needs of both age groups we are going to split our cell into 2 timings!
Age group: P6 and Sec 1s Timing: 10:30am - 12:30pm (Sunday) Venue: Gideon's house
Age group 2: Sec 2s to Poly 1s Timing: 7pm-9pm ( Friday ) Venue: Temasek Poly ( IT concourse )
Benifits: We can focus on more crucial stuffs of the Bible We are able to reach out to more of unsaved ones in poly Also we can call those people who has regressed from the Lord to come join us again!
As we were discussing some issues with the Cell Blog during lunch, i've decided to create an independant account that all of us can sign in regardless of whether you have a Blogger account or not. 1) With effect: Dec '07 - All cell meetings would only be compulsory only on the 2nd and 4th week of every month. As for 1st and 3rd week, cell groups can plan fellowship gatherings. This is so as to strengthen the bond of cell group members[added by me].*hehex*
2) With effect: Jan '08 - Speedlight services would be divided into two groups.
ages 11~14 : Douglas (I/C)
ages 15~20 : Pastor Sam/ Pastor Pacal
*Speedlight i/c's are tentative TBA
3) On the 16 Dec we are having an extended Praise and Worship
On the 23 Dec we are having Christmas celebration!
On the 30 dec we are having Thanksgiving!
